IRVINE, Calif. ― Advantage Solutions is partnering with global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company to offer Connected Leaders Academy training to support and accelerate the careers of Asian, Black/African American and Hispanic/Latinx associates who wish to take the next step in their careers.

Empowering Teammates Through Inclusive Leadership Programs

This initiative reinforces Advantage’s commitment to employee development, offering participants exciting opportunities to learn and connect with peers inside and outside the company. Participants will develop valuable skills and relationships that will help them grow professionally and personally. Eighty-eight percent of Advantage associates who completed a pilot program said they would recommend it to others.

Tailored Training for All Career Stages

“As an alum, I can personally say I thoroughly appreciated the learnings gained from each session and the connections made with Advantage colleagues while expanding my external Latinx network,” said Senior Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Giannina Seaman.

The training is geared toward individuals at three different career stages: Leadership Essentials for early careerists and individual contributors, the Management Accelerator for early to mid-career managers, and the Executive Leadership Program for senior leaders one or two levels below the c-suite.
